Returns: Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Opened Products: If you’ve tried a product and it isn’t working for you, please let us know within 14 days. We’ll be happy to discuss an exchange or spa credit, as we want you to love your skincare routine.
All refunds or exchanges require proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on services, gift cards, or promotional items.
